Join us this August for an escape to the stunning Peak district. Staying in a charming and beautifully restored Victorian house, within one of the wonderfully designed boutique bedrooms. Surrounded by countryside and beautiful landscapes, take the time out you deserve to relax, move your body, nourish yourself with incredible food whilst meeting a group of like-minded women. Co-hosted by Tally Rye; personal trainer, fitness influencer and creator of the ‘bestme’ ethos. Tally will be running her signature Sweat&Sculpt workouts and dedicated workshops to help find the best version of yourself, whether thats your relationship with food, fitness or work. Escape the city and enjoy the fresh countryside air with a hike through the local area and get stuck in and enjoy some edible goodies with our chocolate making masterclass. Enjoy delicious, nutritious meals prepared by your own private chef and curling up for movie night with homemade popcorn and face masks. This weekend away will allow you to truly unwind with a stretch relaxation class and plenty of corners for you to curl up in with your favourite book. All our activities are optional, what’s most important to us is for you to leave feeling your best, whether that’s participating in the morning workout or enjoying a well deserved lay in.
